Aged 20 months in 63% new French oak, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Yountville District Collection is deep garnet-purple colored with decadent preserved plums, crème de cassis, sandalwood and chargrill scents with wafts of dried roses and lavender. The palate is medium to full-bodied with bags of finesse and great freshness, framed by fine-grained tannins and finishing long and perfumed. 234 cases produced.
