Puligny-Montrachet

Puligny-Montrachet bottle

In the center of the Côte de Beaune, there is an area called the “golden” territory of great white Burgundies. Puligny-Montrachet produces one of the greatest white wines of Burgundy on 586 acres. It is also home for the world’s greatest white Grands Crus: Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet, and Chevalier-Montrachet.

It deserves to be accompanied by haute cuisine dishes such as lobster or crayfish cooked in a court-bouillon, creamed poached fish, chicken or goose liver pâtés, creamed chicken.
