Winemaking
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by partial maturing in oak barrels for 6 months (15% new oak).

Very expressive nose which opens with notes of flower and honey, then it gives off aromas of fresh fruits.

Franck attack and perfectly balanced acidity. The wine releases classical citrus aromas, candied-fruits, vanilla and acacia flowers notes.
