A great introduction to white Burgundy; from the Burgundy region, one of the rarest regional appellations in France, this is a refreshing Chardonnay sure to satisfy as an apertif or alongside your favorite fish. The Bourgogne blanc appellation covers approximately 2,471 acres.
Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by partial maturing in oak barrels for 6 months (15% new oak).
Very expressive nose which opens with notes of flower and honey, then it gives off aromas of fresh fruits.
Franck attack and perfectly balanced acidity. The wine releases classical citrus aromas, candied-fruits, vanilla and acacia flowers notes.
