A complex nose of fresh orange flesh, apples and cherry skins harmonize with fresh thyme and violets on the nose. The blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay gives a wine with weight and richness as well as a tight, mineral character. The wine is full in the mouth with its creamy mousse and fine pear and citrus fruits. A wine for food rather than apéritif.
