Tightly knit and creamy, with a lively backbone of acidity framing flavors of white peach puree, pastry, anise and almond.

The blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay gives a wine with weight and richness as well as a tight, mineral character. The wine is full in the mouth with its creamy mousse and fine pear and citrus fruits. A wine for food rather than apéritif.
