A thick, dense, and savory wine, this Petite Sirah has a luscious mouth-feel. The palate offers spicy and jammy notes of cherry and boysenberry followed by a long and full finish.

Winemaking
Fermentation took place for 17-27 total days on the skin. This Petite Sirah is 100% barrel-aged for 18-20 months in Demptos, Mercier, and Nadalie French Oak barrels.
