Cask sample. Quite an intense nose. Lots of energy as well as depth. An impressive example from a climat/vineyard that can sometimes be disappointing. Intricate, and with a lot of fine tannin. Though it does have considerable impact on the palate … purple-fruit flavors and impressive length.

Cask sample. Bright, light crimson. Quite a meaty nose but the fruit is bright and energetic. Pure, fresh fruit –lighter than the average Gevreyfrom another vintage but a very approachable, lively wine. Lotsof ripe-tomato perfume.
