His mother, Claudine is VIVACIOUS and full of life, and his father, Jean-Claude, is PERCEPTIVE and intelligent. The two brought together their two strengths in life causing a CLIMACTIC synergy that was unstoppable in the wine world and in the raising of Jean-Charles and his sister, Nathalie.

Winemaking
The grapes were hand-picked and gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in a membrane pneumatic press to ensure proper handling. Aged in 100% stainless steel tanks to retain fruit freshness.
