The grapes for this Pinot Noir Rosé are grown throughout the beautiful vineyards of Carneros. The region’s proximity to the bay with cool breezes and morning fog make it the perfect location for growing Pinot Noir with bright acidity and red berry flavors. Using the saignée technique, this wine was fermented mostly in stainless steel tanks with a small amount in neutral French oak. This elegant wine was sure lie aged for 8 months, with the lees being stirred once a month.

Palate
