Inviting aromas of ripe blackcurrants, dark chocolate, black licorice, toasted cedar and bark. Some earthy undertones, too. Medium- to full-bodied, layered and succulent with firm, velvety tannins. Chalky and earthy in the lingering finish. Better after 2025.
