The 2018 Red Blend Reserve is composed of 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot, 9% Malbec, 9% Petite Sirah and 3% Cabernet Franc coming from eight different vineyards (over half of which are in Rutherford). Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it rolls out of the glass with expressive scents of plum preserves, blackcurrant jelly and mulberries, plus hints of tobacco leaf, charcoal and cinnamon stick. The full-bodied palate has a sturdy frame of grainy tannins and bold freshness supporting the generous black fruit preserves flavors, finishing on a savory note. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown

The 2018 Merlot Reserve Napa Valley is a blend of 89% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc, coming from seven different vineyards across Napa Valley. Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, it sings of blueberry compote, black cherry preserves and black raspberries with suggestions of menthol, spice cake and pencil lead. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is seductively plush and juicy and layered with plenty of freshness, finishing with a spicy kick. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon coming from the State Lane area, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Yountville District Collection was aged in French oak, 38% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it reveals fragrant notes of Morello cherries, black raspberries, cassis and tilled soil with nuances of bay leaves, cast-iron pan and cloves. The medium to full-bodied palate is chock-full of juicy black and red berries, framed by firm, fine-grained tannins and a lively backbone, finishing long and lifted. 319 cases were made. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena District Collection has a deep garnet-purple color and needs a little coaxing to unlock fresh-fruit scents of crushed blackberries, black raspberries and boysenberries with underlying cassis, violets and fragrant earth notes. The full-bodied palate has a solid structure of firm, fine-grained tannins and a lively line, supporting the densely packed, crunchy black berry layers, finishing long and with bags of energy. 273 cases were made. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford District Collection has a deep garnet-purple color and slips sensuously from the glass with alluring notes of baked blackberries, stewed plums and crème de cassis plus nuances of Indian spices, chocolate mint and dusty soil. Full-bodied, rich and laden with loads of black fruit preserves layers, it has a wonderfully spicy undercurrent and velvety tannins, finishing with a refreshing lift. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville District Collection was aged in French oak, 47% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it charges out of the gate with bold notions of blackcurrant preserves, baked plums and blackberry pie with hints of mocha, black olives, bouquet garni and tar with a waft of Sichuan pepper. The full-bodied palate completely fills the mouth with decadent black fruit preserves flavors, framed by ripe, plush tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long with invigorating herbal sparks. 119 cases were made. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley Reserve is composed of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc, coming from more than 20 different sites, with 29% coming from estate vineyards in St. Helena and Rutherford. It was aged in French oak barrels, 37% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it rocks up with ready-for-business scents of blackcurrant pastilles, redcurrant jelly and Morello cherries with hints of dried Provence herbs, pencil shavings and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, the palate is jam-packed with crunchy black fruits, supported by firm, grainy tannins and bold freshness, finishing long and savory. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon coming from four different vineyards in St. Helena and Rutherford, the deep garnet-purple colored 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Generations comes wafting out of the glass with the most gorgeous perfume of kirsch, blackcurrant cordial, blackberry preserves and spice cake, followed by notes of potpourri, oolong tea and unsmoked cigars. The full-bodied, decadently fruited palate delivers loads of savory accents among the juicy black and red fruit layers, supported by velvety tannins and bags of freshness, finishing long and fragrant. 1,718 cases were made. -Lisa Perrotti-Brown

Deep garnet-purple colored, it offers up vibrant notes of crushed black and red currants, mulberries and fresh black cherries with hints of camphor, lavender, tobacco leaf and tapenade. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon District Collection Diamond Mountain has a deep garnet-purple color and strides confidently out of the glass with classic cassis, cedar and plum preserves scents followed by hints of graphite, tilled soil and bay leaves plus a waft of woodsmoke. Full-bodied, concentrated and accented by loads of savory/earthy hints, it has a powerful core of dark fruit and a firm frame of rugged mountain tannins, finishing on a lingering smoked meats note.
