This has more of the on-trend struck-match character than any other Boisset white so far and it has the fruit to carry it, just. Nice chalky texture, smoky palate, persistent and complexe on the finish, Long and promising.

This is a youthful, fruity wine with crisp yellow-fruit and citrus flavors, with a toastiness from wood aging. Sourced from Saint-Aubin, it has a cool, fresh feel that complements its pristine fruitiness. It’s for drinking soon, but will also improve with age through 2021.

Butterscotch, clove and nutmeg aromas and flavors meet peach and citrus notes in this well-oaked white. Ever-so-slightly coarse on the finish. Best from 2013 through 2020. 300 cases made.

Here the wood is much better integrated and only a background element on the pretty and reasonably complex nose of floral, stone, pear and floral suffused aromas. There is good richness but also better acid support to the nicely detailed, intense and balanced flavors that offer fine persistence. There is a touch of oak on the sappy and ever-so-slightly warm finish but not enough to really detract from the overall appeal. This should drink well almost immediately.

A quiet, creamy white with scents of Bosc pear along with some golden spice from oak, this is light and pear-juicy. For pan-roasted sandre or perch.
