Excellent, Highly Recommended.

Rich aromas of crisp golden delicious apple, baked pears, salted caramel, marzipan, and cantaloupe. The palate opens with a spicy kick followed by pleasant toasty, nutty flavors with lemon curd, minerals, and honeysuckle building on the finish.

The 21 is a reference to the French government's code for the Cote d'Or department. A blend of chardonnay and pinot noir vinified in the methode traditionelle, with 12 months aging, this is fresh and creamy, with fresh bread scents and citrus brightness carried in a meringue-like texture.

This is a top-of-the-range cremant that is crisp and textured while also fruity. Fresh and full of apple flavor, it’s an impressive wine that could age a year or two in bottle.

Part of a range of wines created by Jean-Charles Boisset of Boisset Family Estates. This Cremant is crisply apple and lemon flavored, a bone-dry, textured wine that is destined for food. It finishes with elegant acidity. Boisset Family Estates. –R.V. 90 Pts.
