Catch this Chablis right now for the savory beebuzz of chamomile flavors, its sweetly ripe fruit reined in by tingling acidity. This finishes salty and fresh, a lovely young Chablis to decant for grilled lobster or langoustines.

Notes of lemon-flecked cornmeal and ripe Mirabelle are distinct but subtle on the nose of this wine. The palate adds juicy pear to the Mirabelle richness. Yeastiness anchors the fruit while gentle lemon provides freshness. This wine is rounded and harmonious, with a bright finish. ANNE KREBIEHL MW

Subtle smoke wraps itself around light notions of ripe Mirabelle on this wine's nose. Gentleness also defines the palate where well-captured ripeness is met with smoothest texture and a little smokiness, all illuminated by pure lemon freshness. Some richness and oak influence. There’s a refined, white-peach edge and some plush fruit flesh, as well as a long powerful, tube-like drive through the finish. Terrific wine.

A more refined nose with restrained stony and chalky aromas, as well as bright citrus and peaches. A very nicely crafted palate texture with good depth and very nicely placed acidity.
