Sonoma Zinfandel Reviews
Score: 87, Good Value | May 1, 2012 | Connoisseur's Guide to California Wine
Drawn along very different lines than its older and much riper mate above, this zesty, mid-sized Zin is rife with buoyant young fruit. It keeps alcohol in check and is light in its feet from start to finish, and it is withal a very versatile wine that will shine in particular with tomato-sauced pastas in the very near term.

Here’s a luscious Zinfandel to drink now. It’s rich in tannins and brisk in acidity, with savory blackberry, blueberry, pepper, cinnamon, anise and sandalwood flavors. Textbook Sonoma Zin for drinking with barbecue.
