A measured, filigreed, fresh and delightful wine with peppery, liquorice, bay leaf and black olive aromatics. On the palate, there are juicy, dark fruits, well-integrated oak, lovely weight and sweet spice/dried floral notes. Everything is in place. The acidity is vital and the length exceptional.

Heavenly aromas of a summer garden in bloom. Rich, delectable flavours of black currants and juicy plums ooze over the tongue. Full of charming elegance. 

A well-balanced and precise offering delicately reflecting the land and the grapes. Dark, juicy fruit mixed with dried herbs and a creamy texture makes it a delight to drink.

A generous expression which is not for the faint-hearted! Baked plums and macerated cherries mixed with an indulgent hit of liquorice spice provides a warming embrace.

Ripe black cherry and plum are shaded by savory tones of tobacco, spice and earth in this richly textured yet finessed wine. It's full bodied and succulent but balanced by crisp acidity and a tannic frame. Immediately enjoyable it should hold through 2022. -ANNA LEE C. IIJIMA

Perfumed, lifted nose with hints of bitter peel, then a palate of pithy citrus, grapefruit and a lemon oil finish.
 

Lovely brambly nose and crunchy red berry palate. This is beautifully balanced and very drinkable even in its youth with very good length. Quite a charmer and great value for money.
