3-4 large, ripe tomatoes, thickly sliced
1 bunch fresh basil leaves, rinsed, de-stemmed & coarsely torn
2 large fresh buffalo mozzarella balls, sliced across 1/4 “ thick
¼ c extra-virgin olive oil
1-2 T balsamic vinegar or to taste
Kosher salt & pepper
Alternate tomatoes, basil leaves and mozzarella and repeat until all ingredients are used. Drizzle with oil & balsamic and season with salt and pepper to taste.
