Winemaking
The grapes are pressed and musts are settled under controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature (18-20°C or 65-68°F). The wine is aged for a short time in stainless steel tanks to preserve its minerality, purity of fruit and crisp acidity.
