
Grapes from Sablet and Signargues create outstanding balance. Sablet's clay-sand soil brings finesse, freshness and elegance, while Signargues’ terraces of rolled pebbles over an old Rhône river bed, provide minerality and body.

Winemaking
The Grenache and Syrah are fermented separately to preserve their own characteristics. The Grenache spends 12 months in tank before blending while the Syrah is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Nose
Intense earthy notes, spice and ripe red fruit.

Blackcurrant and black pepper come through on the palate with a hint of minerality. Smooth tannins linger on the rich finish.
