Monterey Malbec bottle

The grapes for our Malbec were hand harvested the first week of November. The wine underwent a three day cold soak with a nine day fermentation that was followed by a 4 day post-fermentation maceration. The wine was then aged in 5% French oak (balance stainless steel) for 9 months.
