The Joliesse California Chardonnay is an exquisitely balanced and bright Chardonnay primarily fermented in stainless steel tanks, with a small number of French oak barrels to impart an elegant structure. Aromatics of white flowers, light citrus and tropical notes greet the senses with a swirl of the glass. Delightful flavors of citrus with a light minerality, vanilla and honey suckle gently coat the palate. With a wonderfully crisp mouthfeel and nicely balanced acidity, the California Chardonnay culminates with a smooth finish.
