Savigny-Lès-Beaune bottle

This appellation produces 321 acres of communal (or village) appellation wine. Located at the mouth of a valley which offers some of the most appealing vistas to be found anywhere in the Côte d’Or, the vineyards are arranged in a V-shape, and feature a variety of wine styles. However, these terroirs do have something in common: refinement, elegance, charm and heady scents are their trademark. The soils are essentially pebbly limestone.
