Château London refers to the fact that the vineyard's original owner lived on rue Landon in Paris. Over time, “Landon” became “London”.
The soil of Château London is limestone clay and the vines are 20 years old.

Winemaking
Aged for 16 months in 30% new oak without being racked. The lees were not stirred to allow all of the wine's minerality to shine through.
