The Aloxe-Corton appellation spreads over 294 acres on the Aloxe-Corton town and 21 acres on the Ladoix-Serrigny village, at the beginning of the Côte de Beaune.
-
The appellation is located at the lower limit of a valley, which goes from the Côte de Beaune to the Hautes-Côtes on the road to La Rochepot and Autun.
-
Beaune is the wine growing capital of the region and has played an important role in Burgundy history.
-
The town of Beaune is all about wine and pleasure! A pleasure to the eyes, with the famous Hospices de Beaune buildings…and a pleasure to the senses, with that superb mosaic formed by humans and nature – the vineyards of Beaune.
-
The vineyard of "Les Moutots" is a lieu-dit located in Chorey-Lès-Beaune. Highly unusual in Burgundy, this wine is crafted with Aligoté, instead of Chardonnay.
-
“Burgundy wine is a divine liqueur which combines the gentleness of enchantment and the caress of sensual pleasure.” A candid eulogy which could easily be applied to our legendary Chardonnay, an ambassador of charm with universally-recognized qualities.
-
Some vineyards have the power to attract by their appearance alone, and it is evident that the Hautes-Côtes fall into this category.
-
This appellation is unique as it is considered to be a regional appellation although it is limited to a restricted area. The vineyards run parallel to those of the Côte de Nuits (to the west), but are higher in altitude.

This appellation is unique as it is considered to be a regional appellation although it is limited to a restricted area. The vineyards run parallel to those of the Côte de Nuits (to the west), but are higher in altitude (between 290 and 450 metres). Over 510 ha are planted with the Pinot Noir grape. The soil resembles that of the Côte de Nuits (limestone and marl). “Les Dames Huguettes” is without a doubt one of the best terroirs in the Hautes-Côtes as it is located just a few hundred metres from the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation.
-
Pinot Noir owes its fame to its native soil of Burgundy, where it is the only variety used in practically all red wines. Furthermore, the region’s temperate climate suits it down to the ground – it is no lover of hot, humid weather. The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune produce what are without doubt the greatest Pinot Noir wines in the world.
-
The wines of Chambolle-Musigny, in the Côte de Nuits, remain red wines only, and are the very essence of refinement and elegance.
-

-
The wines of Chambolle-Musigny, in the Côte de Nuits, remain red wines only, and are the very essence of refinement and elegance. An opulent Pinot Noir in perfect harmony; pure ruby in color and bursting with fruit rounded out by wood.
-

-
Clos de Vougeot is and will always be much more than just a wine. This appellation is the emblem of the whole Côte d’Or.
-
This wine comes from a select vineyard which respects strict requirements: old vines, limited yields due to severe disbudding, green harvest if needed, working of the soil, absence of fertilizers, environmentally friendly pest management which respects beneficial wildlife.

-
The Maranges appellation is located on the southern tip of the Côte de Beaune, close to Santenay appellation and produces mostly Pinot Noir.
-
With 27 ha of white grapes under vine and 147 ha of red, the white wines of Marsannay remain something of a curiosity.
