This Sparkling Rosé is named in honor of the year that Jean-Charles' parents were married in Burgundy. Claudine, his mother, is vivacious and full of life, and Jean-Claude, his father, is pereptive and intelligent. Their combination of strengths in life created the climactic energy that Jean-Charles and his sister, Natalie, bring with them everywhere they go through life and winemaking. A peach-golden color in the glass, this rosé has wonderful aromas of raspberry and honey, also found on the palate in combination with vanilla and toasty notes. A embracing and comforting rosé, its flavors are long lasting and lingering on the palate.
