A blend of Chardonnay and Aligoté, this very bright wine presents itself with an elegant train of bubbles and delicate balance of light flavors. Yellow in color, with green and golden reflections in the glass, the nose opens on white blossom and then citrus and brioche notes. Full and round in the mouth, this buttery citrus tasting blanc de blancs is vivacious and its aromas and structure is designed to be utmostly suited to accomanying caviar.
