The 37 hectares of the Montmains climat are located on the left bank of the Serein in the commune of Chablis. Marked by their mineral and citrus aromas, these wines stand out for their excellent aging potential.
Matured on lees for 10 months.
Intense and very complex nose reminiscent of honeysuckle, toasted hazelnut and citrus.
The attack is rich and dense with perfect balance between roundness and freshness. Aromas of yellow peach and brioche give way to a mineral and delicious finish.
