Excellent, Highly Recommended
Brioche fresh out of the oven and Granny Smith apples are apparent on the nose. Juicy berries jump forth on the palate, with raspberry, peaches, and lemon tart harmonizing with tight carbonation. Breezy and buoyant.
  • Winemaking

The base wine undergoes a natural secondary fermentation in the Charmat method followed by 3 months of aging on fine lees with daily stirring.

  • Nose

Vibrant red fruit and wild herb aromas.

  • Palate

Light on the palate with uplifting citrus and strawberry flavors, followed by a refreshingly dry finish.
