Our Rosé Brut is made with Grenache from coastal vineyards in the Languedoc region. The grapes were harvested in the coolest hours of the night to preserve fruit quality.

Brioche fresh out of the oven and Granny Smith apples are apparent on the nose. Juicy berries jump forth on the palate, with raspberry, peaches, and lemon tart harmonizing with tight carbonation. Breezy and buoyant.
The base wine undergoes a natural secondary fermentation in the Charmat method followed by 3 months of aging on fine lees with daily stirring.
