Nestled in the Sonoma Coast hills southwest of Sebastopol, the Maboroshi Vineyard, Japanese for "whimsical dream", lies at a 600 foot elevation, and is one of the first spots to clear from the morning fog as ridges to the west shelter the site from any lingering marine layer. Fine Goldridge loam nurtures the vines, and the Kisaichi family meticulously tends to them using sustainable growing methods.
