Jammy and soft, with flavors of raspberry, apricot and spice.
  • Location

A warm spring lead to early bud break and created the perfect environment for flowering and fruit set. With warm days and cool nights, grape growers were able to maintain ideal acid levels with optimum, bright fruit flavors.

  • Winemaking

This wine was made in a deliberate rosé style: the grapes were destemmed for overnight juice-skin contact, followed by basket-pressing the juice to neutral barrels for fermentation sur lie. Five months barrel aging with lees stirring contributes a bit of richness and palate breadth. As the skins contain most of the tannins, the structure of this rosé has less of tannic mouthfeel than a typical saignée style rosé.

  • Nose

Opens with racy aromas of vibrant roses, bright cherries and tempting notes of tangerine. Crisp

  • Palate

Crisp and full-flavored, the wine glides across the palate and sails to a delightful finish leaving behind hints of blood orange zest and wild strawberry.
