To pay tribute to the glorious history of its burgundian bubbles, Bouchard Ainéet Filshas decided to give a new lease of life to these forgotten Sparklingswines, which were so much lived in former times. To make a great sparkling wine, you always need to have fantastic base wines. The location was chosen very carefully by our team to establish a vineyard with the potential to grow the best possible grapes possible to make great sparkling wines. This area chosen was already under vine before the Phylloxeracrisis, so it has always been recognized as a quality land for viticulture.

Winemaking
Natural fermentation in thermo-regulated tanks. Aged on lees for 3 months. A part of the base wines has been aged with oak.

Nose
Golden yellow color, with a fine and light foam. An expressive nose revealing aromas of flowers, hazelnuts and almonds.

Palate
The attack is lively, fresh and light, with notes of honey. A subtle woody touch on the finish which reminds us some of the great white wines of Burgundy, the signature of the House of Bouchard Ainé et Fils.
