Côtes de Provence

Côtes de Provence bottle

Our Côtes de Provence vineyards are located at the foot of the Mont Sainte Victoire in southeastern France. The syrah and grenache vines are trellised in the “espalier” form, an ancient method of obtaining maximum exposure to light.

This Côtes de Provence rosé is a very versatile wine and pairs wonderfully with a wide variety foods. Enjoy on its own or as a food-friendly companion to summer dishes, seafood, salad, grilled white meats such as chicken, veal, and pork as well as Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

  • Winemaking

The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity in the cooler hours of the day to preserve the flavors, freshness and aromas of the fruits. Each grape variety is vinified individually at cold temperature. Short prefermentative maceration. The wine is racked off. The different grape varieties are then blended. Aging in tank and early bottling to preserve fruits aromas.

  • Nose

Aromas of red berry fruits and citrus.

  • Palate

Lively mouthfeel and round with notes of citrus on the finish.
