Savigny's vineyards form a V-shape , offering some of the most picturesque scenery in the Côte d'Or. The plot "Les Planchots" is south facing and has mostly marly, deep soil. The vines are 50 years old.

Toasty and spicy with a briary, red and black fruit nose with floral hints. Complex palate awash with plums, black cherries and blackberries.
