This North Coast Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from some of the finest vineyards in the appellation. The fruit was fermented in stainless steel tanks to help preserve the varietal’s natural freshness with occasional lees stirring to lend a creamy texture to the mid palate.

Palate
This is a refreshingly clean Sauvignon Blanc perfect for those warm summer days. Its crisp acidity is equally balanced with good structure and showcases flavors of lemon, some grassiness and a touch of white pepper. It ends with a medium finish on the palate and would be a great match for many Thai and Asian inspired dishes.
