Between the Hill of Corton and Beaune, Savigny-Lès-Beaune has vineyards of ancient lineage. For much of their history to belonged to the domaine of the Dukes of burgundy, to neighboring religious houses, or to the Knights of Malta.
This wine is excellent with red or white meat dishes.

Fermentation in oak vats followed by barrel ageing for 8 months, in 15% new oak.

Great finesse, with hints of lemon and lime and a touch of minerality

Palate
Very soft, fine attack. A gentle acidity which reveals an agreable freshness.
