Pommard is one of the most famous villages in the Côte de Beaune. The 22.2 acre Premier Cru vineyard “Les Charmots” is located just north of the village. Its name comes from the “charmes” or hornbeam trees that once grew there. This vineyard produces magnificent Pinot Noir.
