These “micro-cuvées” express the richness of the finest terroirs of Burgundy in all their intensity and finesse.
This vineyard is situated on relatively low-lying land, free of humidity and well exposed South-South-East. The name "Les Chevenottes" comes from the French word "chanvre" meaning hemp, which was perhaps planted on this land in former times. The vineyard extends over 27.16 acres.

Winemaking
Fermented in wooden vats and matured in oak barrels for 16 months (20% new oak).
